Indoor sport climbing courses – initiation

Description

The introductory course is aimed at those who are coming to a climbing gym for the first time or those who have been before but would like an introduction in an organized setting.

If you participate in such an initiation, you will certainly receive a lot of useful information that will help you continue to enjoy the benefits and beauty of this sport.

During the course you will receive the following information:

• Where did this activity start?
• How did sport climbing develop and where did it go?
• Where can you start and what level can you reach?
• some basic rules applied in climbing gyms
• how to warm up before climbing
• some basic elements in sport climbing
• some exercises on the climbing board (simple routes on the board)
• What are the risks involved in rock climbing and how can you avoid them?
• how to do the unclogging

The courses organized within Zaiko Adventures are conducted under the guidance of an instructor accredited by the Romanian Mountaineering and Climbing Federation (FRAE).
