Description
The workouts are personalized for each person depending on their climbing level.
A training period of at least 3 months is recommended.
The courses and training organized within Zaiko Adventures are conducted under the guidance of an instructor accredited by the Romanian Mountaineering and Climbing Federation (FRAE).
Climbing training is organized throughout the year, and registration can be done at any time, not being conditioned by specific start dates.
