Any cancellation of a shift/schedule is done by sending an email or by phone, and the cancellation is only valid after you receive a response.

If the participant wishes to cancel the tour, the amount will not be refunded.

You can participate in another program or another tour for the same amount.

If the event is canceled due to natural causes, the tour will be rescheduled without refund and the possibility of scheduling another date will be offered. If the cancellation is due to the company, the company will offer three dates to schedule the same event or any other event organized by the company.

In case of cancellation of a tour, ZAIKO TOURS SRL is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by you for the proper conduct of the program. For example: purchase of equipment, hotel/guesthouse reservations, purchase of plane/train tickets.

For any program cancellation, we will send you a letter by email, fax or mail, showing the payment you made to us.

We recommend that you have travel cancellation insurance (cancellation type) so that, if for various reasons you can no longer participate in the program (illness, etc.), you can ask the insurance company to refund the advance payment.

ZAIKO TOURS SRL reserves the right to refuse to provide services to third parties or companies, without giving reasons for the refusal.

All of the above constitutes an integral part of this contract, which will be signed by both parties before the trip begins.
