Transylvania is located in central Romania, and is an important historical center, famous as well for being home to Dracula. However, it is not all castles and vampires in this stunning spot, but also amazing rock climbing. Surrounded by the Carpathian Mountains, Transylvania is a unique wilderness region, with stunning walls, slabs and more to discover!

On this 6-day adventure, we will explore the best places for rock climbing in Transylvania. Every day, we will visit a different spot. On day 1, we will visit the Turzii Gorge, a beautiful canyon with 300m walls. This spot is famous for boasting one of the most scenic karst landscapes in Romania. Then, on days 2 and 3, we will go to Rimetea which is home to the Piatra Secuiului mountain. Next will come the stunning Aiud Gorges, on day 4, and on day 5, at the foot of the Apuseni Mountains, we will visit Ampoita. Finally, on the last day of our trip, we will go climbing to the stunning Madei Gorge.

Keep in mind that you will need a good fitness level to join this program. Additionally, you will also require some prior rock climbing experience. Of course, we will be there to help and guide you every step of the way!
